Hard Changes

I feel like I am in a downward spiral, but I know that with self-cooperation and patience, that I will triumph in the end and conquer my inner demons.  I feel like I have been so selfish lately, and that I need to put a stop to this or others will be hurt.  It will all take time, but in the end, I hope to succeed.
